General Manager, Beyond Juicery + Eatery - Livonia
Salary: $50,000 per year + bonuses
We’re looking for an experienced, dependable, and energetic General Manager to lead our team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate leads by example, motivates others, and takes pride in running a successful, high performing store.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure brand standards are met
- Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and profitability
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
- Create schedules and manage staffing needs
- Ensure exceptional customer service and product quality
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and health code compliance
- Handle cash management, deposits, and inventory controls
- Coach and motivate employees to achieve performance goals
- Partner with corporate leadership to drive store success

Qualifications
- 1+ year of restaurant management experience preferred
- 2+ years of food service experience preferred
- 18 years of age or older
- 50 hour work week required
