About the Role
We’re looking for a resourceful and customer-focused Customer Solutions Specialist to join our team full-time. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate our products and services to find solutions that meet their unique needs. Your ability to listen, problem-solve, and communicate effectively will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to understand their goals and challenges

• Recommend personalized solutions based on product knowledge and client needs

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely follow-through

• Educate customers on product features, updates, and best practices

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems

• Track recurring questions or concerns and provide feedback for product/service improvement

• Support client onboarding and retention by ensuring satisfaction and ongoing engagement

Compensation

• Salary Range: $70,000 – $100,000 per year (base + bonuses)

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Prior experience in customer service, client support, or a similar role
