Relationship Representative
As a Relationship Representative, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring every member interaction is a positive and personalized experience. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Assisting members with a variety of transactions, including account maintenance, opening/closing accounts, and teller services ✅ Engaging members to identify their needs and offering appropriate products and services ✅ Working in various roles within the branch, including Teller and Greeter capacities, to support branch operations ✅ Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment ✅ Meeting and exceeding sales and service goals through meaningful member interactions
What We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who: ✔ Has 1-2 years of customer/member service experience ✔ Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment ✔ Communicates effectively, both in person and in writing ✔ Is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable using technology ✔ Can maintain professionalism and emotional control under pressure ✔ Is flexible with scheduling, including occasional Saturdays
