Salary Range: $100,000 - $147,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability and optimal performance of critical manufacturing IT/OT systems (e.g., MES, SCADA, ERP, PLCs).
• Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure across factory floor and office environments, including networks, servers, and endpoints.
• Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies to protect operational technology (OT) and IT assets from threats.
• Provide timely technical support and resolution for all IT-related issues impacting production and business operations.
• Lead IT projects focused on technology adoption, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives for manufacturing.
• Manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure cost-effective and reliable solutions.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for critical manufacturing IT systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT operations and infrastructure within a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) critical to manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) environments, including SCADA, MES, and industrial control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead IT projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices for protecting both IT and OT assets.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) systems and industrial control systems (ICS).
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.
• Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts, IoT, and smart factory initiatives.
• Certification or practical experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) specifically within a manufacturing environment.
