Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs and policies.
• Ensure site compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Conduct EHS risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Manage and deliver EHS training programs for all employees.
• Oversee hazardous waste management, air emissions, and water discharge permits.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance and reduce environmental impact.
• Maintain accurate EHS records, documentation, and prepare regulatory reports.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Proven experience developing, implementing, and managing EHS programs and management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Professional EHS certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM) highly preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with OSHA VPP (Voluntary Protection Programs) or similar high-level safety culture initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency in EHS management software implementation and optimization.
• Multilingual capabilities, particularly Spanish.
• Experience developing and implementing sustainability programs or ESG initiatives.
