Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely output.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
• Monitor production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage, train, and evaluate production staff, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and manufacturing specifications.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in production management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop production teams to achieve operational targets.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems for production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience implementing or managing automation and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• PMP or other recognized project management certification.
