Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness in manufacturing operations.
• Manage procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring for raw materials and components.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize obsolescence, and support production schedules.
• Coordinate logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities for inbound materials and outbound finished goods.
• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align demand forecasts with production capacity and material availability.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain to enhance operational performance and reduce costs.
• Monitor key supply chain KPIs, analyze performance data, and report on trends to drive strategic decision-making.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for planning, procurement, and inventory control.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, S&OP, logistics, and supplier relationship management.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced supply chain planning software (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder).
• Experience with international sourcing, logistics, and customs compliance.
• PMP or other recognized project management certification.
