As a Sales & Support Administrator within PNC's Private Bank organization, you will be based in Lansing, MI. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

The Sales & Support Administrator (SSA) is the trusted partner to the PNC Private Bank Leadership and Advisor teams. The SSA role role enables advisor capacity to work more closely with clients by providing essential office and administrative support, which will help our clients achieve and maintain financial success.

The Sales & Support Administrator fulfills responsibilities across all PNC Private Bank disciplines.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, handling:
  • Client/Prospect Meeting Preparation
  • Support In-Market Events
  • Administrative Support
  • Risk Management

Job Description
Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships. May serve as a customer solutions resource.
Gathers required documentation. Prepares, reviews and verifies documents and relevant information for accuracy. Performs common processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes. May administer complex implementation plans and related client interactions.
Acts as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and may act as an escalation point for complex client implementation and servicing issues.
Initiates, updates and verifies client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications. Provides reports as needed.
Serves as a peer resource and may perform general administrative support.
