Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a dedicated Special Education Teacher holding a valid MDE Cognitively Impaired teaching certificate to work with K-12 students in a contract role within the Ottawa Area Center. The position focuses on providing specialized educational support to students with cognitive impairments, helping them achieve their fullest potential in an inclusive school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver individualized education plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
