Overview

A global leader in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) is seeking a Paralegal/Case Manager to provide critical legal and administrative support to panelists handling arbitration and mediation cases. This role ensures smooth case management operations, supports team performance, and fosters strong client relationships in a fast-paced legal and business services environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain and manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, current, and properly organized.

· Prepare and distribute arbitrator and mediator lists in response to filings or client requests, in coordination with internal teams and local leadership.

· Schedule and coordinate hearings, conference calls, and other case-related events to meet the needs of clients and panelists.

· Respond promptly to inquiries and requests for information, providing high-quality client service.

· Support assigned panelists with administrative tasks related to their ADR practices, including timely follow-up on case actions.

· Monitor case timelines and deadlines to ensure all milestones are met and processes stay on track.

· Communicate effectively with clients, panelists, and internal teams to resolve routine issues and maintain case momentum.

· Participate in training and development to build proficiency in ADR procedures and case management systems.

· Develop foundational knowledge of arbitration, mediation, and other ADR processes through hands-on experience.

· Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of legal and case management support.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

·2–4 years of experience in case management or legal support roles (required).

·2–4 years of experience in client service within a legal or ADR setting (required).

· Internal candidates: 1–3 years of experience as a Case Coordinator or similar role (required).

· Strong understanding of ADR processes including arbitration, mediation, and court-referred matters (required).

· Familiarity with panelist practice areas and preferences within the local Resolution Center (preferred).

· Proficiency in relevant software and case management systems (required).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required).

· High emotional intelligence and ability to adapt under pressure (required).

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment (required).
