Position Overview: We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our close-knit team. In this role, you'll be responsible for performing service calls on residential and commercial heating and cooling systems, including diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance. This position is ideal for someone with a strong service background who can work independently and provide exceptional customer service. Leadership experience is a plus, and there is a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience + profit-based quarterly bonuses

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with occasional overtime as needed and minimal on-call schedule

Required Qualifications:

• 4 or more years of HVAC service experience (residential and/or commercial)
• Valid Driver's License with insurable driving record
• EPA Certification (Universal)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused with excellent communication
• Knowledge of HVAC safety codes and standards
• Leadership experience preferred
• NATE Certification, a plus
