Part Time Recruiter - For Brighton Office
Part Time position with flexible schedule.
Support for our Satellite office in Brighton MI.
Tuesday and Thursday must be able to start work at 8:30 to facilitate orientations.
Must have recruiting skills/background , great customer service and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social media platforms, professional networks) and traditional methods (e.g., referrals, networking events).
- Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications and match them with job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the position.
- Conduct weekly orientations for a specific MCM Customer
- Manage communication and provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate candidate records and track progress.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Assist in the creation and posting of job descriptions and advertisements.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other recruitment activities as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
