Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation for manufacturing initiatives.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, production, supply chain, quality) to execute manufacturing projects.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, especially those impacting production schedules or quality.
• Monitor project progress, report status to stakeholders, and ensure adherence to established schedules and deliverables.
• Implement and oversee quality control measures and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout project lifecycles.
• Drive continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes and reducing operational costs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Experience with ERP/MES system implementation or optimization
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 principles and technologies
