Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for manufacturing initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for production projects.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards in manufacturing.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to production, supply chain, and operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure seamless project integration.
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and report status to all relevant stakeholders.
• Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing principles within project scope.

Recommended Qualifications

• PMP certification or demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean).
• Proven experience managing projects within a manufacturing environment, from concept to commissioning.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production lifecycles, and supply chain operations.
• Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively in a production setting.
• Technical aptitude to interpret engineering specifications and collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with automation and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Previous experience in a hands-on manufacturing role (e.g., production supervisor, manufacturing engineer).
