What You’ll Do

Lead Generation & Outreach

• Engage with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods and communities

• Start conversations and introduce Patriot Exteriors services

• Identify potential interest in roofing, siding, and exterior improvements

• Combination of warm leads and self-generation

Close Deals

• Offer solutions to homeowner problems with expertise

• Overcome concerns and close deals

Brand Representation

• Represent Patriot Exteriors with professionalism and integrity

• Communicate clearly and confidently with homeowners

• Maintain a positive, high-energy presence in the field

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Comfortable climbing high ladders and getting on and off roofs

• Must have reliable transportation & a valid Driver's License

• Must be able to pass a background check

• High energy and strong work ethic

• Comfortable initiating conversations with new people

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Coachable and willing to follow a structured process

• Experience in canvassing, customer service, or sales
