Ideal candidates are friendly, energetic, and possess excellent customer service skills. Previous retail or customer service experience, including cashiering and merchandising, is a plus. Bilingual abilities are appreciated to better serve our diverse guests. This position involves handling POS transactions, upselling photo packages, and maintaining the photo set area to ensure a smooth operation throughout the event.

Requirements

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service during their photo session
• Assist guests with posing and capturing high-quality photos using the designated equipment
• Manage POS systems for sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
• Upsell photo packages and additional products to enhance guest experience and sales opportunities
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the photo set area, including stocking supplies and merchandising products
• Demonstrate product demos when needed to showcase photo options and packages
• Ensure effective phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments
• Supervise the flow of guests to minimize wait times and ensure efficient service delivery
• Support team members in achieving daily goals related to sales and guest satisfaction
