Easter Photo Set Staff-Laurel Park (2)
Join our festive team as an Easter Photo Set Staff at our center! This seasonal role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with families and children during the holiday season. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, assisting guests with photo sessions, and ensuring a memorable experience. Ideal candidates are friendly, energetic, and possess excellent customer service skills. Previous retail or customer service experience, including cashiering and merchandising, is a plus. Bilingual abilities are appreciated to better serve our diverse guests. This position involves handling POS transactions, upselling photo packages, and maintaining the photo set area to ensure a smooth operation throughout the event.
Requirements
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service during their photo session
- Assist guests with posing and capturing high-quality photos using the designated equipment
- Manage POS systems for sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell photo packages and additional products to enhance guest experience and sales opportunities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the photo set area, including stocking supplies and merchandising products
- Demonstrate product demos when needed to showcase photo options and packages
- Ensure effective phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments
- Supervise the flow of guests to minimize wait times and ensure efficient service delivery
- Support team members in achieving daily goals related to sales and guest satisfaction
