In-Home Personal Caregiver

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care and a passion for improving the quality of life for those they assist. This role involves providing personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients.

Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Monitor clients' health by observing and reporting any changes in their condition or behavior.
• Administer first aid as needed and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
• Assist with mobility needs, including lifting or transferring clients safely when required.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Support clients with medication reminders and adherence to prescribed health regimens.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in client home setting, assisted living, senior care, or home community care is preferred.
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus.
• Ability to lift and support clients safely while maintaining dignity and respect.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Experience in hospice care or direct support roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
• A caring attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality patient monitoring and support.
• MUST be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $17.53 - $19.00 per hour
