Salary Range: $135,000 - $186,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to drive efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
• Manage the plant budget, control expenditures, and identify opportunities for financial optimization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing plant team, fostering a culture of accountability and engagement.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality regulations and company policies.
• Implement and champion lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align plant operations with overall business objectives and customer demands.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a Plant Manager or senior manufacturing leadership role.
• Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and cost reduction.
• Comprehensive understanding and implementation of safety, quality (e.g., ISO), and environmental regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT, MES).
• Proven success in new product introduction (NPI) and scale-up processes.
• MBA or Master's degree in a related engineering or business field.
• Experience managing multi-site operations or significant capital expansion projects.
