Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee daily production operations to meet production targets.
- Develop and implement production schedules, labor, and material requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to product quality standards and manufacturing specifications.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage, train, and evaluate production staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Monitor production budgets and control expenditures effectively.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a production management or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Experience with automation technologies and robotics integration
- PMP or other recognized project management certification
