Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities – Accelerated Management Path • Lead and Develop Talent: Recruit, onboard, and mentor newly hired financial advisors, providing the guidance and support they need to thrive in their roles. • Performance Coaching: Conduct weekly one-on-one evaluations as part of our structured Performance Review Process to ensure continuous growth and accountability. • Drive Team Excellence: Uphold and enforce Production Standards to maintain a high-performing, goal-oriented team culture. • Brand Stewardship: Partner closely with the Managing Partner to uphold the integrity, values, and reputation of the New York Life brand in all team activities. • Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the insurance office, including administrative functions, personnel coordination, and workflow optimization. • Collaborative Execution: Work cross-functionally with colleagues to deliver projects that align with client expectations and business objectives. • Team Empowerment: Inspire and support your team of financial professionals to help them meet and exceed their individual and collective goals. Qualifications: Direct Hire Manager (Grand Rapids & Lansing, MI area) We are seeking experienced professionals for a Direct Hire Manager role based in Grand Rapids, MI, with consideration for candidates in Lansing, MI. The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications: • Licensing & Registration: Must hold active FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, 65, or 66 registrations, along with Life and Health insurance licenses as a Registered Representative. • Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of relevant industry experience is required. • Education: A master’s degree or equivalent professional experience is essential. • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively is critical. • Communication: Strong verbal communication skills are a must. • Performance: Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and commitments.
