Salary Range: $81,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for manufacturing initiatives, including scope, objectives, schedules, and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain personnel.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to production, supply chain, quality, and safety.
• Monitor project progress, report status to stakeholders, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate effective communication among project team members, vendors, and senior management.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and quality control.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and ERP systems.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in manufacturing-specific software (e.g., ERP, PLM, MES).
• Familiarity with automation technologies, robotics, or Industry 4.0 concepts.
• Understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).
