This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and performing repairs and maintenance on a variety of systems and equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems to ensure optimal functioning.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
- Perform maintenance tasks such as repairing broken appliances, installing new equipment, and maintaining HVAC systems.
- Document and report all maintenance and repair activities, maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure compliance with safety protocols and effective resolution of maintenance issues.
- Assist in the implementation of maintenance and safety procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are kept in good condition.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant certifications or technical qualifications would be an advantage.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to undertake ongoing training and development.
