What We Offer

• $70,000 - $75,000 per year
• No weekends
• $45/Month Blue Cross benefits for yourself
• 401k match at 3%
• Paid Time Off, 1st Year= 80 Hours, 2-4 Years – 120 Hours, 5+ Years 160 Hours

Property Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Emerald Creek Apartments
• Ensure high occupancy through leasing and resident retention
• Manage rent collections, delinquency, and financial performance
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and reporting
• Coordinate property marketing and outreach efforts

What We're Looking For

• 3 + years of Property management or multifamily housing experience
• Ability to pass a soft credit review
• Customer-service mindset
• Ability to manage budgets, leasing efforts, and team operations
