Salary Range: $69,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Design, procure, and validate tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues, minimizing downtime.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve yields, and enhance product quality.
• Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing, ensuring smooth transition from design to production.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and BOMs.
• Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability of new products and design changes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on process optimization, lean manufacturing, or automation.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and experience with various manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in advanced CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, Mastercam)
• Experience with robotics, automation, or PLC programming
• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
