Salary Range: $135,000 - $186,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize daily plant operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Manage the plant budget, control costs, and identify opportunities for financial improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction.
• Oversee maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, drive cost reduction, and improve operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., ISO).
• Exceptional leadership, team building, and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• MBA or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field
• Proven experience leading significant automation or digital transformation initiatives
• Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
