Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) across manufacturing operations.
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and sustainment of improvement projects.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams in problem-solving activities using structured approaches (e.g., DMAIC, PDCA).
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization, promoting employee engagement and ownership.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of CI projects aligned with strategic business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 5+ years of continuous improvement experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of leading and implementing successful CI initiatives with measurable results.
• Strong proficiency in Lean tools and methodologies (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Root Cause Analysis).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• Excellent project management, change management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
• Certification or significant experience with Theory of Constraints (TOC) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Demonstrated success in integrating Industry 4.0 concepts (e.g., IoT, AI, automation) into continuous improvement strategies.
• Formal certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci).
