Salary Range: $48,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently.
• Provide accurate technical product information and solutions to customers.
• Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within a B2B or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing products, processes, or industrial sales cycles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer engagement.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales management tools.
• Ability to understand and articulate technical product specifications and solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Technical aptitude and ability to understand complex manufactured products.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for order processing and inventory management.
• Experience interpreting basic technical drawings or product specifications.
• Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment or related operations role.
