Position Overview

We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Production Coordinator to help manage and support daily production activities. This role is perfect for a retiree who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and contributing to a tight-knit team.

You’ll assist with light assembly, quality control, inventory management, and general shop organization. You may also help coordinate scheduling, materials, and equipment to keep production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily production tasks and workflows
• Support light assembly or manufacturing processes (training provided)
• Monitor inventory levels and help with restocking and ordering
• Perform quality checks on finished goods
• Keep production areas clean, safe, and organized
• Help troubleshoot production delays or issues as needed
• Communicate clearly with the team to ensure smooth operations
• Provide general support wherever needed—every day is a little different!

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a production, manufacturing, mechanical, or similar hands-on role is a plus
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a workshop or light industrial setting
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 30 lbs occasionally, and perform basic manual tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new things

Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: Flexible weekday hours, Monday – Friday, (days only)
• Pay: Competitive hourly wage, based on experience
• Start Date: As soon as you’re ready!
