Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Design, procure, and validate manufacturing tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Analyze and troubleshoot production issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with design engineering on new product introduction (NPI) to ensure manufacturability.
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Identify and implement cost reduction strategies in manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Proven experience in process improvement, optimization, and lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for tooling and fixture design.
• Experience with automation, robotics, and PLC systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including Root Cause Analysis.
• Ability to design, implement, and validate manufacturing processes and equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience integrating advanced automation or robotics solutions
• Proficiency with manufacturing simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
