Salary Range: $72,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to process performance and product quality.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including work instructions and P&IDs.
• Conduct process capability studies and statistical analysis to monitor and improve process control.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams on new product introductions and process scale-up.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS) and statistical analysis tools.
• Demonstrated application of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective process solutions.
• Familiarity with industry-specific safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, gPROMS)
• Experience with PLC/DCS systems and industrial automation
• Advanced data analysis skills using tools like Python or R
