Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
• Oversee material planning, scheduling, and procurement processes to ensure timely availability for production.
• Manage and improve warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and material flow.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and sales teams to align material supply with demand forecasts.
• Implement and maintain robust ERP/MRP system functionalities for accurate material tracking and reporting.
• Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives related to materials, logistics, and inventory management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the materials management team.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in materials management, supply chain, or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) for inventory planning, production scheduling, and procurement.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• Experience with international supply chain logistics and customs compliance
