Salary Range: $45,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures and system malfunctions.
• Repair and replace defective components, parts, and systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to guide repairs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company regulations during maintenance activities.
• Document all maintenance and repair work performed accurately.
• Install and commission new manufacturing equipment as required.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems, including motor controls.
• Strong understanding and practical application of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Welding and light fabrication experience
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement principles
• Basic PLC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Forklift operation certification
