Salary Range: $76,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures for manufactured products.
• Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances, defects, and customer complaints, driving effective solutions.
• Implement and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced product quality and efficiency.
• Perform internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO) and internal quality management systems.
• Analyze quality data using statistical tools to identify trends, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define and oversee product inspection and testing plans, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing).
• 2+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis).
• Solid understanding and application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and statistical analysis skills (e.g., Minitab).

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with a specific industry quality standard (e.g., ISO 13485, IATF 16949, AS9100)
• Working knowledge of ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
