Salary Range: $48,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
• Perform accurate and timely bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Process payroll, including wage calculations, deductions, and tax filings.
• Maintain the general ledger, posting journal entries for manufacturing costs and other transactions.
• Track and categorize expenses related to production, raw materials, and overhead.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, such as P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in core accounting principles and practices (GAAP).
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, specifically within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and cost accounting principles relevant to manufacturing.
• Expertise with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reconciliations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Basic understanding of cost accounting principles, particularly related to inventory and COGS.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Prior experience with inventory management and tracking processes.
