Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) across manufacturing operations.
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and efficiency gains.
• Coach, train, and mentor employees at all levels in continuous improvement principles and tools.
• Manage and execute a portfolio of improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and measurable results.
• Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement efforts.
• Drive and embed a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
• Facilitate value stream mapping and process analysis workshops to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (minimum) or Black Belt.
• Demonstrated ability to apply Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) and drive sustainable change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and process mapping.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills, capable of influencing all levels of an organization.

Bonus Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, ROI calculation, and cost-benefit analysis for improvement projects.
• Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., R, Python) or process simulation tools.
• Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles and implementation.
• Experience with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodologies.
