Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of manufacturing projects, from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with production, engineering, and quality teams.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for manufacturing initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting production timelines, quality, and resource availability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including production, R&D, supply chain, and quality assurance.
• Monitor project progress, resolve impediments, and report status to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure projects adhere to safety standards, quality specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Lean) and PMP certification preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and resources effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and quality standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for reviewing designs
• Experience managing automation or Industry 4.0 projects
