Position Options:

Install Technician:

• Install residential electrical systems, including wiring, panels, lighting, and appliances
• Lead installations or assist as part of a team
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and safety compliance

Service Technician:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems
• Perform upgrades and preventative maintenance
• Communicate with homeowners and provide guidance on system care

What Does It Take?

• Valid Journeyman Electrical License in Michigan (Apprentices with 3+ years’ experience may be considered for service roles)
• 3+ years residential electrical experience
• Knowledge of MRC and NEC codes
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License and clean background/MVR/drug screen
• Ability to work independently or with a team

Pay:

• Installers: $35.00-$45.00/hour depending upon experience
• Service Technicians: Averaging $80k-$150k annually
• Sign-On Bonus: Potentially - Up to $10,000.00 for Journeyman or Master licensed plumbers
