Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex process issues, deviations, and non-conformances.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes or process enhancements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs, flowcharts, and control plans.
• Analyze process data using statistical methods to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, R&D, quality) on process integration and optimization projects.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with process simulation software, CAD tools, and statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Strong understanding and practical application of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA, EPA) and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in PLC programming or SCADA system configuration
• Experience with advanced process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Arena)
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and implementation (e.g., IoT, AI/ML for process control)
