Salary Range: $90,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the maintenance team, including scheduling, training, and performance.
• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency through effective maintenance strategies.
• Manage the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement processes.
• Ensure all maintenance activities strictly adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and root cause analysis for equipment breakdowns.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and equipment reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical proficiency in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proven leadership and team management skills for maintenance personnel.
• Expertise in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, TPM).

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with CMMS administration, data analysis, and optimization.
• Proven experience implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience managing capital improvement projects.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
