Title: Insurance Credentialing Specialist
LOCATION: Onsite in Freemont Michigan (49412)
Pay: $16
Contract to Hire
Start: April 2026
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
Job Description:
- Maintained agent profiles and ensured compliance with state and company requirements.
- Reviewed background checks and processed appointment requests.
- Coordinated follow ups with required agency email to obtain required documentation.
- Performed detailed data entry while managing workflows efficiently.
- Provide update to Insurance Producer Department and Agent
Qualifications
- Prior experience in administrative support or data entry is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and organization in reporting.
- Capable of managing multiple responsibilities independently.
- Adaptable to working within established procedures and guidelines.
- Open to candidates from non-insurance backgrounds with administrative support background.
- Previous customer service experience is (Preferred)
