FIT (First Impression Team-Front Desk)
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk team member to join our First Impression Team (FIT). As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, the FIT role is essential in creating a welcoming and efficient experience. This individual will represent the organization with professionalism while providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Compensation: $17.50-$21Per Hour
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients, visitors, and vendors warmly and professionally
Manage check-ins, appointment scheduling, and patient flow
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls as appropriate
Verify patient information and insurance details accurately
Maintain organized and up-to-date records in the EMR system
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations
Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or higher preferred)
Previous experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software
