Operations Manager (Michigan)
Operations Manager
Come join a growing company and help them scale their operations! This is an opportunity to develop people, process, and systems in a plant that needs structure. In this role you will be groomed to become one of the premier leaders as the company continues to grow.
This is a 2nd Shift operations manager role with a focus on starting up and developing a second shift team. You will have full responsibility for the plant on 2nd shift.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Strong leadership of food processing and packaging operations
- Ability to develop people, process, and systems
- Strong engagement of people with an out on the floor presence
- Track record of getting results with KPI's and CI tools
- Desire to learn and grow in your career
Location: North Central Michigan
