Project Manager/Estimator Opportunity
Morrey's Contracting is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to join our team!

Qualifications
- Demonstrates and models Morrey's Contracting core values
- 2-5 years of project management in construction/carpentry
- Works well with others
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Has own tools and transportation
- Willing to travel
Responsibilities
- General knowledge of all construction trades
- Ability to learn new software to do daily activities such as; write daily reports, meeting minutes, upload pictures
- Able to visualize project through completion
- Knowledge of applicable building codes and standards
- Ability to coordinate means and methods to expedite schedule and reduce costs
- Understanding when something is considered a change to the job
- Ability to research issues onsite and accurately communicate to project staff
- Significant strength in ability to prioritize activities and track progress
- Identification, tracking and timely completion of work tasks
