Primary Duties include but not limited to: Averaging 36 hours a week; Mondays/Wednesdays 800-1230, 130-630pm., Tuesday (mandatory trainings 12-130., patients 2-630., Thursdays 130-630pm, Fridays 800-1230pm

Patient administration including front desk clerical duties such as checking patients in, scheduling patients, answering the phones, managing accounts etc., Calling on patient insurance benefits and verification and relaying those benefits to the patient., Helping our amazing rehab team members assisting and instructing patients in rehabilitation protocols., Being a willing team helper to all team members with any additional needs., MOST IMPORTANTLY being one of the friendly faces of our office while providing AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If you have a positive disposition, the ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, multitask while serving patients and our community, and have 8 arms and legs this position could be for you. We are looking for the right attitude and aptitude to learn. Experience in the following is a plus, but training will be provided in all areas: communicating with patients about insurance benefits, utilizing scheduling computer program, entering patient payments, strength and conditioning and kinesiology studies. A natural health-minded individual is a must, and open to teh chiropractic health care paradigm.
