Salary Range: $52,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment malfunctions to minimize production downtime.
• Install, commission, and decommission new or relocated production equipment.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used in CMMS.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, LOTO procedures, and company policies.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for equipment reliability and efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Demonstrated experience with PLC diagnostics and industrial control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Vocational training or an Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and editing.
• Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Advanced troubleshooting and repair skills for hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
