Locum - Physician - Gastroenterology
**Position Status:** Open **Available Dates:** - 10/26/2026 - 10/30/2026 - 11/23/2026 - 11/27/2026 - 12/21/2026 - 12/25/2026 - 12/28/2026 - 1/1/2027
**Shift Details:** Schedule from Monday 7 AM to Friday 7 PM, on-call availability required; no weekend on-call duties.
**Qualifications:**
- **Michigan License:** Acceptable only through Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC), provided the assignment dates are over 60 days away, accompanied by proof of License of Qualification (LOQ) for IMLC.
- **Rates:** Must be submitted at the time of name clearance.
- **Board Certification:** Required.
- **ERCP:** Proficiency is necessary. - **Local Provider:** Preferred; flight expenses will not be covered.
- **DEA Certification:** Mandatory. - **Malpractice:** No malpractice history required.
- **NPDB Verification:** A copy of the self-query from the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) is required upon presentation.

- DEA Certification
**License Requirements:** - Must hold a valid Michigan medical license.
