A well-established Holland, MI company with over 50 years of local presence is hiring multiple Lumber Install Technicians for 1st shift positions . This is an evaluation-to-hire role with competitive pay and full-time hours.

As a Lumber Install Technician, you will play a hands-on role in assembling wood products and installing lumber into panels according to blueprints. If you're dependable, physically capable, and enjoy working with your hands in a fast-paced setting, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Install lumber into wood panels accurately using blueprints and diagrams
• Follow safety and quality guidelines in a manufacturing environment
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Perform manual labor, including lifting, positioning, and installing lumber

Position Details:

• Pay: $19-$22/hr
• Shift: 1stShift - Monday to Friday, 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire
• Location: Holland, MI

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Minimum 6 months of experience in carpentry or construction preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to read and follow blueprints is a plus
