Job Summary

A Lead Product Manager will lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key components of our autonomous mobility stack (e.g., perception, prediction, motion planning). In this role, you will translate user and business needs into clear, actionable technical strategies, working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams. You'll define robust product requirements, synthesize data-driven insights, and guide product development using system metrics, simulations, and real-world performance data. A deep understanding of system architecture, technical trade-offs, and product implications is essential. You will also mentor junior PMs and foster strong collaboration across internal teams and external partners.

Essential Responsibilities

This includes working with engineering to understand technical dependencies, system performance, and the feasibility of new features. You will use data from vehicle logs, system metrics, and simulation results to validate assumptions and guide long-term, strategic decisions.
  • Build a tight feedback loop with internal engineers, operations teams, and external partners. This includes not only gathering feature requests but also deeply understanding the system architecture, performance bottlenecks, and constraints that influence our product capabilities.
  • Use data, product telemetry, and a deep understanding of our system to measure success and make data-informed recommendations. You will be able to debate technical tradeoffs with engineers and articulate the product implications of technical decisions.

Your communication skills allow you to effectively articulate complex problems and secure alignment across the organization.
