IT Network Engineer

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a IT network Engineer to support our client located in Detroit, MI. This individual will support a network monitoring team responsible for maintaining and monitoring the enterprise network, including performing upgrades, patching, and application maintenance. The engineer will provide ongoing network support, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure systems remain stable and up to date. Some off-hours work may be required to complete upgrades or maintenance activities. The role involves working closely with one other individual on a continuous basis, sharing responsibilities and collaborating daily, with a strong emphasis on learning, knowledge sharing, and adapting to new technologies.

Compensation:

$28/hr to $33/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on network engineering or network administration experience

• Experience with NNMi (network monitoring)

• Experience supporting applications within a networked environment - Experience with Gigamon

• Experience with NetSuite
