**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access.
+ Monitor access control systems and verify identification of individuals entering the location.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, staff, and emergency personnel as needed.
+ Document incidents and maintain accurate records in accordance with site requirements.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
